A beautiful morning outdoors was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of movement as our residents enjoyed a refreshing exercise session and interactive games together.
From parachute games and balloon activities to sensory walking and stretching exercises, everyone had the opportunity to stay active, socialise, and enjoy the fresh air. It was wonderful to see our residents encouraging one another and having so much fun throughout the session.

Our residents had a wonderful time celebrating an early Father’s Day with the children from Brighton Montessori! ☀️
The children delighted everyone with a lively Chinese poetry performance before joining our residents in a fun pot painting activity. Through creativity, laughter, and meaningful conversations, both young and old shared precious moments together. 🎶

Our residents had a wonderful time participating in a series of outdoor exercise and mobility activities designed to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. From chair exercises and stretching sessions to community outings and fitness corner activities, everyone enjoyed moving at their own pace while staying active and engaged. 🫶🏻
