Organising and assisting with events, such as:
- Arts and craft activities
- Cooking sessions
- Dance sessions
- Outings with residents
- Movie sessions
- Language sessions for foreign staff
Health and well-being support:
- Assisting residents during meal times
- Accompanying residents to medical appointments
- Providing manicures and pedicures
- Providing haircuts
- Facilitating pet interaction and therapy
Social and recreational interaction:
- Befriending residents
- Playing games with residents
- Running karaoke sessions
- Assisting with resident exercises
