The incumbent will manage the volunteers and wellness programmes and develop a range of communications resources and marketing collaterals in support of the Company’s objective of making United Medicare Centre the preferred Nursing Home for residents and their caregivers. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and promote a range of social activities and wellness programs to provide for the diverse needs of residents and increase the awareness of our services
  • Establish partnerships in the community and assist in business development plans
  • Consolidate and analyze feedback for continuous improvements
  • Develop and maintain communications resources, marketing collaterals and corporate website
  • Keep up to date with best practices in the industry and incorporate them where appropriate
  • Any other duties/ projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Admin/ Communications or Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Marketing/ PR/ Corporate Communications
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
