Working Hours

  • Part-Time (Permanent AM) or
  • Part-Time (Permanent PM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform reception duties such as handle incoming calls, email/ phone enquiries
  • Attend to visitors and those who are interested in nursing home care
  • Visitor management
  • Coordinate transportation for appointments and other dispatch arrangement
  • Stock ordering and inventory control
  • Data entry, filing and documentation
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • O level/ NITEC with 1 year relevant experience
  • Training will be provided for those without experience
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Customer service oriented
  • 5-day work week
  • Able to work on weekends
