The incumbent will provide a range of day-to-day accounting and administrative duties to support the company’s accounting system.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle petty cash, cheques/ transfer and other banking transactions 
  • Perform data entry and update records in a timely manner
  • Perform billing and payment transactions promptly 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for the management
  • Support in office administrative duties and handle incoming and outgoing mails and documents 
  • Maintain proper documentation

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum O level/ SPM or equivalent 
  • 1-year relevant experience preferred 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications 
  • A team player with positive working attitudes 
  • Customer service and detailed oriented
